Business travel “not under threat” and UK airports plan to expand

Business travel is not under “significant threat” either from the economic downturn or from the growth in technology, according to a new report, and several UK airports plan to expand.

Technology giant Amadeus issued a report challenging predictions that business travel is set for a major decline in the next decade because of the pressure of weak economic growth, improved technology and more expensive air travel.
